I’ve completed yet another Unity course. This time it was all about particle systems, theory and practice with VFX. It’s so funny to see six hours as a course length, whilst in reality it’s so much more, as this one is super dense. Each minute takes about five times more to process and follow, there are no downtimes, minimum time spent talking. Usually that means that I don’t learn much, but this one was different, and I learned a lot. Also, I’ve lost fear of complex effects and gained in-depth of particle system, and fixed knowledge about many of its parts. Super useful. Also, the instructor appended a section about optimization, which is really awesome.
